Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Service Package Fee / Course fee as mentioned in the fee structure for the respective course page is non-refundable in any case.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if the institute cancels or does not organize the course for which a candidate has taken admission and paid the fee.

3. Admission Conditions

All Clients / students are admitted provisionally until they deposit all prescribed fees, required documents, and eligibility certificates.

4. Admission Cancellation

Failure to comply with joining/admission formalities within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of admission, with no refund.

5. Communication Responsibility

BIBHAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY (P) LTD is not responsible for any delays in communication receipt and delivery between itself and the applicant.

6. Interest Policy

No interest is paid on the refund of any fees or deposits.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify and amend refund policies as necessary.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Morigaon Civil Courts only.
